Situated in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Windsor Leisure Centre is a flagship wet/dry Leisure Centre. The facility includes a large Expressions fitness suite, Spin studio and 4 dance studios offering over 100 classes every week,  dedicated leisure and training pools, sports halls and outdoor courts.

We are looking for an exceptional Fitness Manager to take the lead in Expressions fitness and actively promote our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service we provide. As Fitness Manager you will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills whilst ensuring the facilities are maintained to the highest standard. You will report to the Centre Manager and work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are achieved and the customer retention is high. Your responsibilities will also include the management of the studios, health suite and Expressions reception. Customer relations and basic computer skills are essential requirements to this post. As the successful applicant, you will be provided with full training in all aspects of this role.
