How did you decide to follow this career path, what attracted you:

I try to learn as much as possible and a building where you can develop a multitude of skills Bar/Customer Service/Mechanical etc is hard to find. In my previous roles in large leisure centers you still get pigeon holed to a department in TOBC you can master many Trades.

What character traits do you have that suit you to this job:

Fun/Outgoing personality/Drive and Commitment.

I have hit many sales and financial targets but the best feel good moment is when a member of staff who most would give up on, Turns their work ethic around and becomes a valuable team member again due to your intervention.
