Consisting of three bars over two floors, Popular with both daytime value customer, workers popping in for lunch, students for the great deals we also have the best sports viewing in the Loft bar with 2 HD Projector screens, 2 sky boxes and 8 plasma’s – Yates is the home for live sport. Once we have a change in weather we have two of the best external spaces Reading has to offer.
Yates is also a chosen spot by local businesses who host various quizzes, Salsa nights and student social nights all on a monthly basis. It’s also used by various support functions for meetings and training courses held in the Loft so great to meet different people and really make a name for yourself. The Successful Applicant will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar style business, will have a proven track record in growing sales through planned execution and have managed a business with a 5 star kitchen and net food sales in excess of £4500. You will be an aspirational leader, know what a great premium offer looks like in both food and drink delivery but not pretentious just like our brand, you’ll strive to recruit and coach the best people in the business to deliver a great customer experience every day.
