Sous Chef - Events Caterers - London

One of London's most stylish and exclusive caterers is now looking for a Sous Chef.

The basic salary is up to £30K per year and with overtime paid you could easily achieve £35/40K per annum. Bonus and a pension scheme is also part of the financial package

Basic hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 16:30 and the Sous Chef is required to work every other weekend.

There will also be 3 working evenings/events per week and this can be a marquee in Central London or cooking at someone's house.

The Sous Chef must have a good strong background from outside Caterers or Hotels.

The ideal Sous Chef will be involved with menu planning and tasting sessions, must have strong communications/leadership skills
