Pastry Head Chef - Events Caterers - London
One of London's most stylish and exclusive caterers is now looking for a Pastry Head Chef.
The basic salary is up to £35K per year and with overtime paid you could easily achieve £40/45K per annum. Bonus and a pension scheme is also part of the financial package
Basic hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 16:30 and the Pastry Head Chef is required to work every other weekend.
There will also be 3 working evenings/events per week and this can be a marquee in Central London or cooking at someone's house.
The Pastry Head Chef must have a good strong background from outside Caterers or Hotels.
The ideal Pastry Head Chef will be involved with menu planning and tasting sessions. Working in a team of 3 full time and 4 ongoing temps, must have strong communications/leadership skills
