We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a Modern British Gastro Pub in The City of London. You will be joining a family of establishments who will invest in your development as much as they are looking forward in the development of the business - with great opportunity to progress as they are opening several establishments.

You will;

* Have a proven background in a busy Modern Restaurant/Brasserie or Gastro Pub
* Have held a Sous Chef position in a successful and busy Restaurant or Gastro Pub

You will be expected to;

* Work 7 or 8 shifts per week
* Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, working with the head chef completing paperwork and liaising with front of house
* Input in writing daily specials
* Keep the kitchen within Food and Hygiene Regulations
