Junior Sous Chef - Busy Brasserie Restaurant with Function Rooms - Modern Seasonal British Food with a Twist - £30k all in
We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join a Modern British Restaurant in The City of London. You will be joining a family of establishments who will invest in your development as much as they are looking forward in the development of the business - with great opportunity to progress as they are opening several establishments.
You will;
* Have a proven background in a busy Modern Restaurant/Brasserie or Hotel
* Have held a Sous Chef position in a successful and busy Restaurant or Hotel
You will be expected to;
* Work 7 or 8 shifts per week
* Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring all junior chefs are producing food to company standards
* Working with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to outline all requirements to Junior Chefs
* Have an input in the creation of daily specials
