Head Waiter- Wentworth Club

Wentworth Club are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter to join our fine-dining Restaurant, the Wentworth Grill, here at our all members Club.

Working as part of our successful restaurant team, your duties as a Head Waiter will include:

• Ensuring the Restaurant is set up correctly for service
• Having full knowledge of the Wentworth Grill menu
• Taking orders from our members, guests and visitors
• Being responsible for a station during service
• Ensuring consistent service standards are delivered by all team members at all times
• Demonstrating exceptional 5-star customer service skills consistently to all guests of the Club
• Assist in the training of new team members
• Supporting the management team to ensure our high service standards are maintained and continuously developed to continue to meet and exceed our guests needs

Together with providing excellent service and efficient delivery of food and beverage, as our Chef de Rang/Head Waiter you will ensure that our members and guests’ dining experience is both memorable and of an exceptional standard.

Our successful Head Waiter will:

• Ideally have previous experience in a four or five star establishment.
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be well presented
• Have a passion to learn and to exceed expectations.

We are looking for a full-time Head Waiter to join our Wentworth Grill team, working 40 hours per week. You will be working 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends. Flexibility with additional hours of work is required to ensure the needs of the business are met at all times.
