Considered a key member of the management team, the Head Chef is committed to assisting the General Manager to drive the business through consistent quality and food presentation. As Head Chef you will be responsible for all aspects of the smooth running of the kitchen operation. You will have ultimate responsibility for the recruitment, training and development of your teams.
