As Guest Liaison you will be part of a passionate team who take pride and joy in finding solutions to the opportunities that are provided by our guests. You will work in a high performing, fast paced environment with the goal of creating rewarding relationships with our guests by providing individual solutions, ensuring you meet the Warner standard and our guests' expectations.

The Purpose of the role:

  • Responsible for overseeing all guest satisfaction associated with the Warner Growth Driver Plan
  • Work independently and as part of a team, to cater to the guest needs and offer assistance, as well as uncovering future potential areas of improvement onsite.
  • Be guest focused, having a positive and problem solving attitude providing a consistent level of service recovery to the guests at all times

Qualifications/Experience/Training:

  • Ideally you will have experience working in hospitality within a hotel Guest Liaison environment or similar
  • No formal qualifications are required but a good standard of English spoken language and letter writing is required
  • We place focus on the right attitude and the ability to embrace our culture
  • A full training program will be provided
