Qualified to REP Level 3 or equivalent, you have an impressive track record in fitness and people management in a health club environment. You’re used to working in a commercial role where you have sold the benefits of personal training to customers too. As comfortable inspiring others to succeed as you are driving and delivering business performance, you’re positive, creative and innovative and able to ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, whether in terms of branding or member inductions.
