Your job….

  • Responsible for a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring the inside and outside of the Club is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
  • Deliver great customer service by actively seeking customer feedback and implementing improvements and solutions.
  • Accountable for recording all cleaning duties and tasks undertaken on the cleaning checklists in accordance with the company standard, and reporting into the Service Manager on any issues that may require further attention or improvement.
  • Adhere to COSHH regulations and guidelines, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials within the Club.

What we can’t live without…

Thorough and with the ability to multi task, we’re looking for someone with a passion for exceeding expectations.

  • Previous experience of cleaning, or working in a similar environment with a working knowledge of the safe handling and storage of cleaning materials, alongside COSHH requirements.
  • A strong customer facing background, the ability to manage your own workload alongside working unsupervised to a high level.
  • Effective communication skills, and adaptable to working in a fast paced environment.

A major part of this role will involve cleaning the female changing rooms and so we require a female cleaner only for this role. This in no way affects any other candidate rights.

Your commitment….

This role is part time, working up to 16 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns include earlies (5:30am-2:30pm), lates (2:30pm-10:30pm) and weekends.
