We’re looking for a meticulous Membercare Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail. You’ll have the chance to work in luxurious surroundings where your efforts will make a visible difference every day.

Northwood is no exception. As well as luxurious pools and a gym floor featuring all the latest equipment, there are 11 indoor and 13 outdoor tennis courts, two squash courts and three badminton courts. We also run over 80 group classes a week, whilst a health & beauty spa, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, club lounge and crèche are there for all to enjoy.

Your job….

• Responsible for a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring the inside and outside of the Club is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
• Deliver great customer service by actively seeking customer feedback and implementing improvements and solutions.
• Accountable for recording all cleaning duties and tasks undertaken on the cleaning checklists in accordance with the company standard, and reporting into the Service Manager on any issues that may require further attention or improvement.
• Adhere to COSHH regulations and guidelines, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials within the Club.

Thorough and with the ability to multi task, we’re looking for someone with a passion for exceeding expectations.

• Previous experience of cleaning, or working in a similar environment with a working knowledge of the safe handling and storage of cleaning materials, alongside COSHH requirements.
• A strong customer facing background, the ability to manage your own workload alongside working unsupervised to a high level.
• Effective communication skills, and adaptable to working in a fast paced environment.

Your commitment….

This role is full time, working 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns include earlies (from 6am), lates (until 11pm) and weekends.
