We’re looking for a meticulous Membercare Assistant to maintain cleanliness within the club ensuring our Members have a pleasant experience.

Your job….

• Responsible for a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring the inside and outside of the Club is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
• Deliver great customer service by actively seeking customer feedback and implementing improvements and solutions.
• Accountable for recording all cleaning duties and tasks undertaken on the cleaning checklists in accordance with the company standard, and reporting into the Service Manager on any issues that may require further attention or improvement.
• Adhere to regulations and guidelines relating to the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials within the Club.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multi task & work unsupervised to a high level.
• Approachable to members and other staff, with the ability to respond appropriately and efficiently to member feedback.
• Effective communication skills, and adaptable to working in a fast paced environment.

A major part of this role will involve cleaning the male changing rooms and so we require a male cleaner only for this role. This in no way affects any other candidate rights.

Your commitment….

This role is full time, working 34.5 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns include lates (3pm-10:30pm Mon-Thurs, 3pm-10pm Fri)
