And, to help keep us in this healthy position, we’re looking for a highly motivated, target driven Sales Manager with a good understanding of the local community and its market opportunities.

Responsible for coaching and managing a keen and hungry sales team, we’ll also look to you to develop innovative ways to grow the membership base at our club. Building meaningful relationships with prospects and existing members will be important, plus you’ll have every chance to make the most of your great time management and organisational skills and flair for multi-tasking in a buzzing sales environment. A good listener, excellent communicator, leader and team player, you have a proven ability to think creatively about ways of getting people on board and don’t shy away from hard work.

We’re sure you’ll appreciate that being a Sales Manager at Virgin Active is no 9-5, Monday to Friday role, so you’ll need to be willing to work shifts and some weekends too.
