Already a proven success at managing a business unit or site, preferably in a multi-site operation, your impressive people management skills include the ability to coach and develop multi-functional teams. You will be used to managing people who are responsible for departments in your unit or site, and leading a large team on a day-to-day basis in a busy customer facing environment. Friendly, but always highly professional, you have a positive ‘can-do’ approach and a flair for thinking on your feet and putting staff and members at ease from the moment they meet you.

You possess strong commercial skills & financial acumen, and currently work in an environment with sales targets, as well as P&L accountability & driving multiple revenue lines. You are able to do basic analysis and make recommendations based on your unit or site’s P&L, and can demonstrate previous business achievements of this. In addition to this, you have a flexible attitude to working patterns, as evenings, weekends and bank holidays are regularly required in the Health & Fitness industry.
