Are you a friendly, ‘can-do’ team player dedicated to maintaining a clean environment to the highest standards?

We’re looking for a meticulous Membercare Assistant to maintain cleanliness within the club ensuring our Members have a pleasant experience.

 Duties included:

  • Responsible for a variety of cleaning duties, ensuring the inside and outside of the Club is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
  • Deliver great customer service by actively seeking customer feedback and implementing improvements and solutions.
  • Accountable for recording all cleaning duties and tasks undertaken on the cleaning checklists in accordance with the company standard, and reporting into the Service Manager on any issues that may require further attention or improvement.
  • Adhere to regulations and guidelines relating to the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials within the Club.

Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail, you’ll demonstrate a passion for exceeding expectations.

Requirements of successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multi task & work unsupervised to a high level.
  • Approachable to members and other staff, with the ability to respond appropriately and efficiently to member feedback.
  • Effective communication skills, and adaptable to working in a fast paced environment.

This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week over a variety of hours to suit the needs of the business. Flexibility is required & working hours include ‘earlies’ from 5am and ‘lates’ until 11pm over both weekdays and weekends.
