Children's Activities Manager

Can you deliver the highest level of care to children while making sure they have a wickedly good time? Are you a fun, ‘can-do’ team player with knowledge of Ofsted regulations?

Virgin Active's Club-V offers an exciting range of activities for ages six weeks to 15 years and we’re looking for a Club-V Manager to keep our younger members safe and happy.

You’ll need a childcare qualification to at least level 2 standard or equivalent and previous experience of looking after children of all ages. Previous experience of managing a childcare facility is desirable.

Friendly and approachable to members and their children, you’ll have strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills. You’ll manage the day-to-day staffing and facility issues throughout the department and enjoy creating and developing new children’s activity concepts. You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty – especially during Club-V’s arts and crafts sessions!

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business. Shifts will be between the hours of 8am – 8pm, over Monday – Sunday on a rota basis.
