The Bar Supervisor will oversee the running and maintenance of our small Chateau bar.  The Chateau Du Molay offers trips to schools and colleges from all over the world, during their stay our guests will enjoy all that Normandy has to offer and partake in a variety of land based activities delivered by our talented instructors.

The bar offers guest a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings that the Chateau has to offer.  The Bar Supervisor plays a vital part in offering fantastic customer service and creating a memorable trip for our customers.  Some of your duties will include, stock takes, processing orders, creating promotions and serving guests.  There will be some evening management duties, but mostly the Bar Supervisor role is predominantly limited to working on the bar and occasionally helping out in other areas of the Chateau.

What are you looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar role, looking to further their skill set
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent customer service skills 
• French speaking desired but not essential

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for customer service, and have worked in a similar environment.  This is great opportunity for anyone who has worked in a bar and is looking to take on some more responsibility.  Individuals must be able to work independently and on their own initiative. Previous experience carrying out stock take and ordering supplies is desired, but not essential.
