Sous Chef - Restaurant - Birmingham - £23-25k + bonus

Tonic are searching for a great Sous Chef for client's restaurant in Birmingham City Centre. The restaurant is part of a national group, so the successful Chef will have the support that this offers. The menu is fully spec'd so if you are after a place to create your own dishes this isn't it. 

What are we looking for in candidates?

• You have a stable work history, any short durations can be explained due to valid reasons 
• You are passionate about food and hospitality - you naturally go the extra mile for your team and guests
• You are team focused and driven to be the best you can be
• You have a solid knowledge of how to organise a kitchen, manage it's finances (P&L) and communicate clearly at all times
• You are punctual and polite
