Restaurant Floor Manager - Sutton Coldfield - £22-24k plus tips

Tonic have been asked to source a restaurant manager / floor supervisor for our key clients business located just outside Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham. The business is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner - 7 days a week. They create and serve delicious home made food from fresh ingredients. Its a busy place so you must be used to managing service in a restaurant serving at least 100 covers a session. 

My client will be interested in speaking to you if -

• You are hardworking and understand how to exceed guests expectations with service that 'wows'
• You have experience in supervising and managing a team of people, and you understand how to motivate them to make sure you get he very best from them, at all times
