Hotel Operations / Deputy General Manager - £26-28k

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manager who will be instrumental in running our clients busy hotel. The successful Operations Manager must be financially astute and commercially savvy, with a hands-on attitude to the business.

Whilst reporting to a small but friendly team in the centre, the Operations Manager will still enjoy the freedom and flexibility of running and managing the property independently alongside the GM. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking and knows how to drive a team for performance and profitability.

The position requires a multi-skilled individual with strong operational, food and beverage and management experience. The role is entirely hands-on and includes ensuring compliance with all health and safety and total financial management.

Ideally suited to a candidate wanting to develop their career or take on their first role as an Operations Manager 

Requirements:

• A minimum of a 2-years’ hotel management experience is essential
• General knowledge of the area and customers will be advantageous
• Determined, goal & quality oriented, organised and disciplined
