Head Chef / Kitchen Manager - Contract Catering - £26-28k (Mon-Fri)

Tonic are searching for a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager for a leading contract catering business in Birmingham, to commence work as soon as possible within an independent school in Wylde Green close to Sutton Coldfield. The role is very challenging and requires excellent organisation, team work and a flexible approach. You must have experience cooking for very large numbers with FRESH ingredients. You MUST also have an expert knowledge of nutrition and providing well balanced meals that taste delicious.

You may be a strong sous chef or even a head chef searching for the next challenge. The successful candidate will be contracted to 40 hours a week.
