Tonic are searching for quality candidates at Head Chef level for a hotel client in North Bristol. Previous experience as senior sous / head chef in a hotel is essential. This small hotel group is family run so the successful candidate will have autonomy to run the kitchen and will be able to implement their own ideas in line with brand standards.
