Deputy General Manager - Gastropub - South Oxford - £24-28k + tips

Tonic are searching for a quality Deputy General Manager, for a key client's business located just outside of Oxford. This gastropub is owned by a large group which will ensure that the successful candidates training and development is guarenteed and that they will receive plenty of support. 

Tonic are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager with a big front of house character and good knowledge of food, wine and beer to help run the pub alongside the General Manager. They will frequently work opposite shifts to the manager, and run the pub in the manager's absence, so the skill sets needed are broadly the same. 

What are our clients looking for in the successful Deputy General Manager candidate?

• They have a solid knowledge of how to organise a restaurant and bar, manage it's finances (P&L) and communicate clearly at all times
