Tonic have been asked to source a quality sales manager for our clients venue(s) in Preston. The main venue has undergone a huge redevelopment and has benefitted from huge investment. This is a great time to join this team! 

The successful sales manager will - 

  • Sell pro-actively via telephone calling, appointment planning, networking, new business appointments, client show rounds, quality proposal production and managing negotiation.
  • New business sourcing including research, profiling of clients and some key account management.
  • Handle incoming customer enquiries by various channels i.e. website, email, telephone or face to face contact. 
  • Convert all available revenue streams and events at all venues.
  • Work closely with in-venue sales team members to share ideas, maximise account potential and client relationships.
  • Have a knowledge of CRM and diary management system
  • 2 years’ sales experience in a hotel or events environment
  • Be a confident communicator 
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills 
  • Have a strong work ethic 
  • Have an excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exacting standards and attention to detail
