Tonic are searching for a fantastic Head Chef candidate for a key client in Bedford. Our client's business is a fantastic gastro pub which has recently been converted, the kitchen is fitted out to the highest specification. 

The head chef that our client is looking for will...

• They have a stable work history, any short durations can be explained due to valid reasons 
• They are passionate about food, service and hospitality
• They are team focused and driven to be the best they can be
• They have a solid knowledge of how to organise a kitchen, manage it's finances (P&L) and communicate clearly at all times
• They understand the importance of working with our consultants and value the partnership which we create

You may be a sous chef looking for your first head chef role, or you are already a head chef searching for the next challenge.
