Recreation Assistant (Lifeguard) - Larkfield Leisure Centre

This is a fun and rewarding position for an enthusiastic lifeguard keen to progress in the Leisure industry.  We can provide you with the opportunity to take your first steps into the exciting world of leisure and undertake a structured progressive training programme formed around the core elements of the National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ).

Based at Larkfield Leisure Centre in Kent, working on a shift basis that will include evenings and weekends, you will need to ensure the safety, security and cleanliness of the sports areas at all times.  Candidates should ideally hold a current NPLQ, or have the ability to pass the qualification.

You will be customer focused and able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users.  You may also be required to provide coaching and teaching services to customers.
