Assistant Manager, Camden

We are looking for Assistant and Duty Managers to join the team in our Camden venue. Working directly under the General Manager, the successful candidates will become integral parts of the running the venue. The Colonel Fawcett specialises in gin and has an excellent selection of craft beer and spirits. Famed for our award-winning Sunday roast and praised for our bespoke events we are growing from strength to strength.

Tidalwave Bars is a young and innovative, independent bar company comprising two pubs - The Colonel Fawcett & The Smugglers Tavern plus new openings just around the corner. There are plenty of opportunities for development and progression as the company continues to grow.

Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

* At least 2 years of experience in hospitality (Management experience is preferred but not essential)

* Customer focused

* Personality and drive

* Fluent in English
