General Manager - London

The Colonel Fawcett is seeking an experienced General Manager to run an award winning pub in the vibrant Camden area.

The Colonel Fawcett prides itself on high quality products and excellent customer service. We serve a wide range of fine spirits, beers and fantastic seasonal British food.

We are an independent venue in the back streets of Camden that has won numerous awards in all areas including The Observer Food Monthly Best Sunday Roast 2014, Evening Standard Top Three Roasts In London, King Of Camden, Kentishtowner Runner Up Best Lunch and more. 

The Colonel Fawcett is part of Tidalwave Bars. Started in 2011 by friends Ross, Angus and Crusoe, Tidalwave Bars are a growing business, specialising in pubs with an independent feel, a warm welcome and fantastic food and drink offer. 

Please send your CV over to us ONLY if you have the following: 

- At least 3 years Pub Management experience. 
- An extensive knowledge of all alcohol including Spirits, Wine, Cocktails, Ale and Beer. 
- An extensive understanding of Restaurant Management: Designing menus alongside a Head Chef, staff food training, understanding food seasonality. 
- A competent understanding of P&L, Drink GP%, Food GP%, Staff Training, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene. 
-Bookings experience: working with online booking systems, dealing with customers face to face and via email.  

Competitive salary dependent on experience.
