This is a “snack-tastic” opportunity to join the Food and Beverage Team at THORPE PARK Resort. Are you looking to develop? We can provide the role and environment you need to advance in Team Work, Communication, Customer Excellence and the Food and Beverage industry.

Food and Beverage at the Resort consists of two different types of units, Restaurants such as Inferno’s Pizza Pasta and Bush BBQ or “Grab and go” units like Coffee Shack, Hotdogs and Donuts.  One thing is for sure!... wherever you work you will have the opportunity to develop, grow, and showcase your skills in customer service, business, and operational capacities!

You will be responsible for championing our vision of being the best Food & Beverage department in Merlin Entertainments, who take pride in challenging ourselves to go above and beyond to deliver consistently high quality food and create memorable experiences for all our guests.  You will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the department, however our wider operation has roles to suit everyone.

Front of House

• Greeter -  Welcoming guests into our restaurants.
• Cashiers – Taking orders, cash handling and serving food.
• Waiter / Waitress - Taking orders,  serving food and table turnover in our restaurants.
• Bartender – Serving drinks and cash handling in Bush BBQ or Fin’s Bar and Grill.

Back of House

• Kitchen Porter - Running our pot wash areas.
• Food Preparation – Preparing ingredients for service in line with Food Safety legislation.
• Grill Chefs – Cooking to order in our restaurants in line with Food Safety legislation.
• Kitchen Leads / Buffet Managing – Running fast paced areas of the kitchen.

Roles are seasonal until November 2017 with varying shift patterns and times available to meet all lifestyles.
