The Zetter Group are looking for a HR Director to provide maternity cover.

The Zetter Group is looking for a HR Director (maternity cover). As well as leading the day-to-day HR department this exciting role will drive, deliver and implement the People Strategy across four, high-profile brands as well as work on new initiatives as they arise. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to take on their first HR Director role and ideally they will have a hotel and or restaurant background.

Essential:
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Organised with an ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Prove ability to deal with internal relationships
- Confident to self-manage & self-direct in an ever changing environment
- Experience of influencing at all levels
- Extensive experience in HR & Employment Law
- Experience in a HR leadership role
- Education - Degree level or equivalent HR experience
Desirable
- Pre-opening & opening experience
- Experience of working across multiple brands
- Experience of project & change management
Responsibilities
What does the ROLE look like?
- Lead & develop the HR Co-ordinator in providing an exceptional guest and team experience across the business
- Support & coach the Leadership team and Heads of Department in dealing with all people related matters whilst building their capability & knowledge
- To drive and oversee the execution of all team engagement initiatives ensuring these continue to drive team engagement and meet our team & business needs
- Deliver an on-going competitive & compelling recruitment strategy to meet the every changing needs of our business
- Drive the Learning & Development plan to ensure we work in an environment of on-going learning & education that meets individual, team & business needs.
- Ensure all activities undertaken are in line with our values and culture
- Develop & deploy tools to empower & enable our leaders to deal with employee relations issues effectively
- Work with the Leadership team to anticipate future HR & employment trends and align our people plan accordingly
- Keep up-to-date with UK employment law and translate into HR policy & communicate as necessary across the business
