For our new concept Club Zetter, in partnership with Central Working, we are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Bar & Lounge Manager Waiting Team Member to join our highly motivated team. By day Club Zetter is a members club for collaborative working. By night, Club Zetter is a Wine Room & bar serving fine wines, wines on tap and by the glass, craft beers and a selection of classic cocktails. Charcuterie & cheese platters, small plates and bar snacks will be offered to accompany the drinks.

With this new venture we are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Bar & Lounge Manager to bring Club Zetter to life! This is a role for someone who simply loves taking care of people and providing a great experience to both guests and their team. We see you taking care of the running of Club Zetter on a daily basis and creating a neighbourhood style Wine Bar & Lounge in the evenings. The right candidate needs to have strong wine & cocktail knowledge and a natural flair to lead and manage an energetic & diverse team.

  • Passionate about food, guest service and the importance of high quality.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
  • Being initiative and creative with new ideas and suggestions for drinks.
  • A confident self-starter, comfortable working in a demanding high-volume environment.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • A ‘can do’ spirit where nothing is a problem.
  • A team player with a cool head and ability to work collaboratively with others towards our team goals.

Responsibilities

What does the ROLE look like?

  • 5  day working week, on average 48 hours, paid per annum.
  • You will report to the Bar & Lounge Manager and assist with daily operations.
  • You will be responsible for role-modelling exceptional hospitality towards guests and dealing with any guest queries.
  • You will be confident to open, close and cash up.
