Grain Store is celebrated for its eclectic menu that gives vegetables equal billing, if not the starring role. Fermented, sprouting, pickled and smoked ingredients feature alongside the fresh and the seasonal. Flavour above all else is king.

Responsibilities

What does the ROLE look like

• 5 day working week, on average 40 hours, paid by hour.
• Have a full knowledge of all items on beverage menus and be responsible for taking orders promptly and efficiently, taking every opportunity to upsell to guests.
• Follow direction from the Bar Manager, efficiently working in allocated section of the Bar.
• Have a full understanding and working knowledge of the POS billing system.
• Assist with bar checks and refilling when required to ensure stock levels are correct.
• Maintain and care for all operating equipment such as linen, glassware and cutlery, keeping losses and breakages to a minimum.
