We are looking for a creative and motivated Bar Manager to lead a team of professional Bartenders within one of our sophisticated, newly opened restaurants.

Over a 100 years of history have earned the Ivy its enduring reputation as one of London’s best loved restaurants, having started life as a humble café in 1917.

The Ivy Collection brings a touch of The Ivy magic beyond London’s west end, offering effortless quality and style, a mix of modern British and International dishes with a friendly and attentive service to guests around the country.

The Ideal Bar Manager will have:

• Current / previous experience working as a Bar Manager and managing a strong team of Bartenders and Bar Backs.
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, Wines, Cocktails & Infusions.
• Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations.
• A real passion for creating high-end cocktails and have the ability to recommend & advise to guests.
• Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure as well as being a calming influence on the front of house team.
