We are looking for a confident and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead a large front of house team within one of our sophisticated, newly opened restaurants.

Over a 100 years of history have earned the Ivy its enduring reputation as one of London’s best loved restaurants, having started life as a humble café in 1917.

The Ivy Collection brings a touch of The Ivy magic beyond London’s west end, offering effortless quality and style, a mix of modern British and International dishes with a friendly and attentive service to guests around the country.

The Ideal Restaurant Manager will have:

• Current / previous experience working as a Restaurant Manager, managing a strong team of Assistant Managers and team members.
• Natural leadership skills with focus on team’s development, training and progression.
• Experience in supporting the seamless running of a restaurant by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work on your own initiative, calmly and when under pressure.
• Excellent guest service skills with a background of exceeding and maintaining the guests’ expectations.
