Bar Team Leader - Shrigley Hall Hotel Golf & Country Club
What is the job all about?
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
- Serve and present beverages, quickly and efficiently, meeting standards
- Assist in keeping the bar clean and tidy at all times
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Make customers aware of any offers/promotions
- Deal with deliveries and report and loss or damages to the duty manager
- Assist in keeping wastage to a minimum by the correct pouring and measurement of products
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
- Train and Develop Bar Team Members to a high standard
