• To welcome all guests & members entering and leaving the leisure club and beauty rooms
• To understand the Hotel leisure and beauty facilities
• To promote and up-sell all the leisure and beauty facilities
• To ensure prompt answering of the telephone
• To relay information as and when necessary to other departments
• Deal with guest and member enquiries and be as helpful as possible
• To be friendly and courteous to staff, management and guests at all times

Salary and benefits:

• Benefits are non-contractual and may vary according to status and length of service.
• Up to £8.00 per hour (Full-time, 40 hours per week)
