- Handling telephone and internet enquiries through to booking
- To work as a team to achieving departments and hotel targets
- Greeting guests over the phone in a friendly, courteous manner
- Recording reservation information accurately
- Recording requests for special accommodation and suites
- Creating opportunities for enhancing the guest experience through promoting additional services offered
- Dealing with assigned incoming correspondence, emails and reservation messages in a timely and accurate manner
