What is the job all about?

  • Ensure the highest levels of service are delivered at all times and resolve customer complaints where necessary
  • Monitors actions of staff & customers to ensure that health & safety standards & liquor regulations are obeyed.
  • Recruits, hires, and oversees training for staff.
  • Maintain relationships with customers & staff.
  • Updates and uses job-related knowledge.
  • Schedules staff activities.
  • Evaluates health & safety practices against standards.
  • Organises, plans, and prioritises.
  • Makes decisions & solves problems concerning menus & staff.
  • Guides, directs & trains staff.
  • Co-ordinates the work and activities of staff.
  • Performs administrative activities such as scheduling & payroll.
  • Communicates with customers and suppliers
