We are currently recruiting for our Apprenticeship Chef Scheme commencing in November 2016 for budding young Chefs, wanting to start a career in catering & hospitality. This will be a journey that with your enthusiasm and drive will provide you with the tools and expertise to put you on the road to success and possibly become the next Celebrity Chef?!

As an Apprentice Chef with The Hotel Collection, you will have the opportunity to commence a 12 month structured programme during which time you will develop your skills and knowledge of the industry and learn how to perform to a high standard within a professional kitchen. During your training, you will gain invaluable experience working with our talented chefs at The Majestic Hotel Harrogate.

The programme includes:

• Full training and regular developmental sessions
• Entry into The Hotel Collection Young Chef of the Year
• Visiting Hotel’s suppliers
• Achieving a highly coveted NVQ in Professional Cookery

In addition we are offering you:
