What is the job all about?

You will have the support from a friendly Food and Beverage Leadership team in a large fast paced environment and we will help you to grow to reach your full potential so you can be part of one of our senior leadership teams in the future. This takes dedication, hard work (whilst having some fun on the way!) a 'can do' attitude and customer service excellence.

You will need to be able to welcome guests and ensure through good and efficient service that correct standards of service are maintained and that the service is carried out in a courteous, efficient and pleasant manner.

To delegate duties when and where necessary to the Restaurant Team, ensure that the Restaurant/Function Room is in immaculate condition and ready for service at all times.

To be proactive when looking after our guests and team and where you are unable to help them yourself, ensure that you inform the Food and Beverage team immediately.
