Receptionist – Bournemouth

The Hermitage Hotel occupies the best location of any hotel in Bournemouth, where you can take to the beach without crossing a single road.

We are looking for smiley and friendly, efficient staff to join our reception team.

Your key responsibilities will be meeting and greeting guests, taking telephone calls, using our computerised system (Brilliant) and general reception duties.

The minimum requirements are at least one year’s experience essential in a similar role, preferably a Hotel Reception and an excellent telephone manner required.

Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
