The Crabtree is known equally for great food & fantastic service. Our menus feature a range of modern English dishes demonstrating a skill, elegance and expertise to lift them above your average pub fare. All ingredients are carefully sourced from independent local producers and if it isn’t in season it won’t be on the menu.
Everything we buy and create is of the finest quality - from home baked bread and butter to ice creams. The kitchen makes best use of a variety of modern equipment – from Pacojet, to Thermomix & beyond. So if you are into sous vide, dehydration & smoke, the Crabtree kitchen is the place for you!
