Wellness Fitness Advisor - Woodbury Park Golf & Country Club

Work has started  on a £1.7million refurbishment of the health and fitness facilities at Woodbury Park in Devon, including some exciting new facilities.

The existing gym will be completely refurbished and extended. New Technogym equipment will be installed throughout, as well as an enhanced functional training area. There will also be a new Spin studio, with Technogym spin bikes and Group Cycle concept.

In addition, the existing dance studio and wet changing rooms will be refurbished, and the dry changing rooms will be refurbished and extended. A new, adult-only wet spa area will be created, which will include an infinity hydro pool, Rohol sauna and steam room. A final addition to the club will be an on-site creche, The Zoo.

The new gym is scheduled to open during the first week of June, with other facilities planned to be completed throughout June and July.

We are incredibly excited about these extensive refurbishments, which will hugely improve members’ fitness experience, and enjoyment of their club.

We are now looking for an individual with a positive attitude and loads of enthusiasm to play an active role on the Gym floor. 

In this "hands on" role you will be responsible for conducting inductions/ assessments and supporting members in achieving their 'real life' fitness goals through our "Wellness Technogym Key System."

Duties include:

• Ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times
• Drive membership satisfaction and aid membership retention.
• Exceed your individual performance targets

Essential requirements for the role:

• Min. REPS level 2 qualified
• Knowledgeable of fitness procedures and fitness products
• Customer service driven
• A Team Player
• Ideally ETM qualified and able to teach classes
