Maintenance Electrician
An exciting opportunity has become available at the Belfry Hotel and Golf Resort for an In House Maintenance Electrician. This is a diverse and varied role, and the successful applicant must be multi-skilled and have experience working autonomously in a fast paced environment liaising with a variety of departments.
Scope of the Role:
Key responsibilities of the role include; planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance including attending day to day maintenance issues around the resort as required ensuring Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to. Ensuring the property is a safe environment to work and is kept well maintained within the building and surrounding property. To make sure that rooms and all other areas of the hotel are to be kept to a high standard of appearance. To monitor stock movement ensuring stock security and minimum wastage.
As a Maintenance Electrician you will also be required to develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and managers to ensure guest expectations are met.
The main requirements for the Maintenance Electrician are:
- Full City & Guilds Electrical Qualification
- Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
- A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care and property safety.
- Available to work shift work and weekends due to the demands of the business.

Contracted Hours: Please note this role involves working shift patterns. 40 hours, any 5 out of 7 days.
