We currently have exciting opportunities to join our prestigious resort. We are looking to hire a number of Food and Beverage Assistants to join our stylish Food & Beverage outlets, and we have a variety of casual part time hours available to suit your requirements.

Meetings & Events

The purpose of the role is to assist the respective bar and restaurant Managers in the smooth operation of food & beverage service within the outlets on a day-to-day basis in a hands on manner. As part of the role, you will be responsible for processing food and beverage orders in line with brand standards when undertaking table and bar service in a professional and efficient manner, whist ensuring correct billing and payments are processed.

The successful candidate

• You will have a proven record in delivering excellent customer service
• A passion for working with people
• A strong desire to develop a career within hospitality.
•  Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, as full training will be given although experience in a fast paced food/beverage environment would be advantageous.
• In some of the outlets where serving alcohol will be required
• The successful candidate will need to be eligible to serve alcohol as per licensing laws.

Good communication and organisational skills are both essential to this role, and the successful candidate will need to possess the ability to work on their own initiative and within a team.

Contracted Hours –This is a part time role and we have a variety of hours available. Please note that the role will include working evenings and weekends.
