Bar Staff - The Bel Air Nightclub

Due to the location of The Belfry - You must be able to provide your own transport as Public transport does not service the hotel.

The Belfry is currently recruiting for Bar Staff to work within our exciting, fast paced Meeting & Events Department as well as our prestigious Food & Beverage Outlets -The Bel Air Nightclub.

The Bel Air is open from 21.00pm - Late - Thursday / Friday / Saturday and Bank Holidays

The Ideal candidate: -

You will have understanding of how a Nightclub bar works - However full training for this role will be given, and you must be committed to working weekends.

Additional duties include: making preparations for service i.e. cleaning schedules for glasses and crockery as required and up-sell products where appropriate ensuring all drink orders are delivered in a timely manner and a full range of all beverages and cocktails are served.

The successful candidate will have a proven record in delivering excellent customer service, and have a passion for working with people. Previous experience working behind a bar is essential. As this role will involve serving alcohol, the successful candidate will need to be eligible to serve alcohol as per licensing laws.
