Receptionist - Royston Leisure Centre
40 Hours per week
Stevenage Leisure Limited (SLL) is a registered charity, one of the UK’s leading ‘leisure trusts’, a community-based and focused Non-Profit Distributing Organisation. We currently work closely in partnership with local authorities in Hertfordshire Bedfordshire and Rutland to manage 18 leisure and cultural facilities across 10 towns.
We are currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist at Royston Leisure Centre.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all customers are received in a friendly, polite and efficient manner.
- You will be responsible for cash handling and reconciliation of monies at the end of each shift,
- Assisting the customers with choice and enrolment on courses held at the centre.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of cash handling would be an advantage
- Experience of customer service is essential
- A flexible approach to working hours, as you will be working on a shift rota including evenings, and weekends
