Pub Overview

Recently refurbished, the Stocc Lodge is a large local pub located on a busy road in the market town of Stockton on Tees. Within the vicinity of the pub there is a densely populated housing estate, made up of mainly privately owned houses.

The recent refurbishment works included a complete overhaul of the interior and exterior of the pub with wooden panelling, wood flooring and a feature fireplace & homely hearth, for fireside eating and drinking.

The site is now able to cater for at least 80 covers targeting the nearby affluent couples and families who are looking for a great local pub to enjoy quality coffee, a bite to eat or a drink with friends in a quaint, cosy atmosphere. An array of entertainment in the later evening consisting of sampling sessions, quiz nights, music and sporting events can also be on offer.

The future vision for this site is to deliver a premium food and drink offer that will attract locals of different ages and interests. This site offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to use the significant investment to offer quality traditional style pub with a modern twist, an excellent cask ale range and selective food menu.

Private Accommodation

The private accommodation consists of three bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The accommodation should be in superb condition following the refurbishment but if required, there will be appropriate works carried out in line with the Star Pubs & Bars Ready to Trade promise.
